Je regrette une baisse de la qualité de service depuis un an: moindre contrôle de la qualité des prestations techniques de leurs sous-traitants entraînant indirectement des délais non maîtrisés et/ou des surcoûts.

I am impressed by the consistently good work performed at Panerl Fontainebleau! I am particularly grateful to M. Thomas Dacosta for his understanding, kindness and helpfulness when it comes to the issues I contact him with (he is being one of the two or three in the peronnel speaking English). I have only two suggestions for improvement: (a) The amount of paperwork triggered by every small intervention at the repair shop and/or every (even very minor) purchase is overwhelming! I am also perplexed by the fact that almost everything that is registered and stored digitally, you also archive a printout of! Most of this strikes me as a waste of work hours on behalf of your staff and a waste of paper. (b) Your prices are merciless. Norway (where I am a permanent resident) is nr. 14 of the world's most expensive countries in 2024. France is far off on the list, at nr. 26. But Panel is charging often 3 or 4 times as much for its services as a comparable workshop in Norway does.
